3D Cutting

Our suite of modern Bystronic Laser Centres allows us to offer a high quality service not often associated with Laser Cutting.

With the latest CO2 & Fibre lasers we can cut 6,5Mx2,5M in 25mm mild, 30mm stainless, and 30mm Aluminium, effortlessly.  These materials have conventionally been Plasma or Waterjet cut at great expense in the past but can be now cut in moments on our cost-efficient lasers. We have 7 laser cutting machines which different range of cutting area with 10 kw laser power.

As laser operators with over 12 years’ experience we aim to realise the full potential from our machines, ensuring the highest cutting standards with the most intricate of cuts.

Where possible we try to reduce our customers’ manufacturing and shop floor handling time.  Value added laser services include:

• Laser part etching and weld positions for assemblies – if you are using chalk to mark laser parts, you can now do this operation on the laser, it is cheaper and more precise.
• Laser cut apertures 60% of the plate thickness as standard (less on request).  This opens design opportunities and eliminates expensive secondary machine operations.
